Very disappointed in Tiffany customer…
Very disappointed in Tiffany customer service i purchased a beaded bracelet online when it arrived there was a gap of 15mm meaning the bracelet had beads missing on contacting customer service they said there should be a gap to prevent te bracelet bursting but i could send back and have beads added but it wasn't advised to add more.
I decided to go ahead as the bracelet looked awful with such a big gap i posted back at my expense £6.50 special delivery at their request I received an email saying they had received my bracelet and it would cost £55 to add the 2 beads i explained that it looked like a fault as there is a gap with no beads they said that's how they are. I said that there is no gap shown in the picture and it doesn't say anything about a gap in the description. The advisor Freya said that's how they are ! I said how am i supposed to know that before purchasing ? it clearly does not show that in any of the pictures ? Freya said that's how they are. I asked if i could have a refund or exchange and was told no 30 days had lapsed i explained my husband bought this for me as a gift on pay day 28th May and Gave it to me on our Silver wedding anniversary on the 28th June where i called Tiffany straight away and sent a picture. I was told my only option was to pay a further £50 for x2 5mm beads plus £5 P&P or they will return it to me as it is .Hugely dissapointed as i now have what looks like a cheap bracelet that has beads missing !! I certainly wont be buying the matching necklace or any other Tiffany product again

Great customer service going above and beyond
After a lovely glass of bubbles in Tiffany @ Selfridges and great customer service i wanted to get the item engraved. I was directed to their Bond Street Store. I was made to feel very welcome and was served by the delightful Flavio. Fabulous customer service thank you xx

Terrible customer service - no longer a customer!
I've been a loyal customer and advocate of Tiffany for a long time with many pieces but given their reaction when something went wrong I won't be buying from them again!
I bought a neclace with the famous tiffany blue heart for my daughter for her 18th birthday. Within the year the colour had come off so I contacted them for a replacement given it was within a year. Their response was that we could pay to have it re-coated and if we did that they couldn't guarantee the colour wouldn't come off again. Despite many photos being sent, many emails, sending them the product to review and asking to escalate the issue they flatly refused to replace it.

I won't shop there again. If a piece doesn't even last one year that isn't acceptable.

Poor Response
The pearl fell out of my ring which I’ve had for 16 months and only wear on occasions. I was charged £50 for the repair and when I picked it up today, from Tiffany Sloane Square, the ring was a different size! When I asked about this, the response was one of total disinterested and denial. They made no efforts to investigate. My ring now doesn’t fit and I feel very let down by the company.

Disgusting product and customer…
Disgusting product and customer services. A pair of earrings and the enamel has fallen out. Tiffany claim this is not a manufacturing fault so therefore will not fix unless a payment is taken. Apparently a £300+ pair of earrings is completely acceptable to only last 2 wears. Avoid this company and it’s poor quality products.

BEWARE
BEWARE. Avoid like the plague. Poor poor quality goods. Has taken me 3 attempts as well to get this to accept my review. Awful service. Trade in their name. Will never buy from them again after receiving a blue heart bracelet for my birthday. The heart fell out after a couple of weeks and they wanted to charge us £50 plus postage to fix it.

Starfish Pendant
My husband just bought me a necklace and pendant Starfish - it was for my birthday- he saw it online and the website gave the image of being adult size- well it was tiny- the chain was very short and the pendant was tiny- it was shocking for the cost and we are returning it- this should be labelled for a child/teen

Online purchase from Tiffany’s- beware
I purchased a pearl bracelet for my wife’s anniversary, it was too big despite my wife’s wrist being compliant with Tiffany’s sizing chart. Because I had the small silver heart engraved with my wife’s initials, Tiffany’s would not exchange it for a smaller size… NOTE OT ALL - this is not obvious when ordering!. I was however charged an extra £105 to have it reduced in size, either that or be faced with a piece of jewellery that would not fit or be worn…. Frankly I will not be buying anything from Tiffany’s again. Oh I see your reviews are already rubbish across the board….. now I see why!

Totally overrated shop with bad quality items.
Got a ‘return to tiffany’ blue heart bracelet as a gift a few months ago, and the bracelet chain just broke with the beads falling everywhere. I took all elements to the Covent garden store for repair and they said I had to pay £50 for the repair. I find this totally unreasonable given the bracelet is of such bad quality! Their reason for it breaking is that silver is ‘soft’ and can easily break. I have lots of other silver jewelry purchased elsewhere (and for much cheaper) which has been with me for years! Tiffany items are overrated and of bad quality - with really bad customer service. Do not buy from this shop!!

Terrible Customer Service
I went into Tiffany Chelsea last Friday for some advice on pens. The woman who greeted me could not have been more unhelpful or dismissive. Told me they were very short staffed and had very little sales experience and I should come back another day.

The worst customer service on the…
The worst customer service on the planet!!!!

Bought a ball bracelet, had only worn it a few times and the bracelet came apart whist I was wearing it. Sent it to Tiffany for repair, never heard a word about the status of my repair for about a month. I decided to call and chase them up and each time was told they would call me back, NEVER got a call back! Called 5 times in 2 weeks, absolutely rude advisors and lack basic manners.

Got so fed up calling and spoke to them via virtual chat only to be told they had received the bracelet and would cost £55 for repair and p&p, I explained that the bracelet had a fault but they didn’t care as it had gone over the 30days. Managed to get them to return it back to me only for the jump ring to be missing, again took no responsibility and said they returned it back to me in the condition they had received it. When I know for a fact it was sent when the item was sent for repair (my word against theirs, but of course Tiffany can never be wrong!)

This company is an absolute joke and would not recommend them to anyone as they have no integrity and don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!

Poor Quality at Tiffany
I bought the silver ‘love’ cuff from Tiffany just over two years ago. As it’s quite a statement piece, I haven’t worn it very often, so I was extremely shocked when the silver cracked. I took it to the Tiffany store in Chelsea and they insisted on charging me for the repair. Can you imagine that a solid silver bracelet costing a few pounds short of £1000 would crack like this? It must be very poor quality!!

Moreover, I received an email asking my opinion of the service I had received from Tiffany. Obviously, my response was negative, but I’ve yet to hear back from them and this was a few weeks ago now. Not impressed at all!!

Appalling products and service.
I purchased a bracelet from the Old Bond St store as a present to myself for my 50th birthday. After wearing twice it twisted out of shape and I returned it to store. The store manager tried everything he could to dissuade me and then even tried to blame me. After a lot of deliberation he agreed to refund, I am yet to receive the money or any response to my emails. I will be making a claim through Small Courts. Appalling customer service and substandard products, especially considering it was £1500.00

Bought my wife the Heart Tag Double…
Bought my wife the Heart Tag Double Chain Bracelet for her 40th birthday from Tiffany’s.
She worn it once and the main fixing to the heart feature on the bracelet bent and fractured. Bought and worn and returned within first 30 days but 3 mths later and we are still arguing about a repair or refund. Tiffany’s are adamant that this is not a warranty issue or poor craftsmanship and want a repair fee of £45 plus shipping, even tho I had to pay to ship it back.
I am not paying for a repair. In fact
I want a refund now. I don’t want it back. The argument goes on.
Spare yourself/loved ones the disappointment.
DO NOT BUY FROM TIFFANYS

Ring sent for repair 4 times!
My husband purchased a ring in 2018 for me for a special birthday. However within a few weeks of purchase a diamond fell out, since then its been repaired twice more for diamonds falling out and is now back with them for a 4th time as now 3 diamonds have dropped out!
This is a ring I wear for 'best' - funnily enough my other rings I wear 90% of the time and cost considerably less than the 3k Tiffany ring have never lost any stones.
Like other reviews, they have said it shows sign of wear - strange, what else am I to do with it?
Maybe if it shows sign of wear as I have pointed out several times 'its not fit for purpose'.
I spoke with a very helpful gentleman who agreed with my situation and frustration at first, but then was clearly instructed by his seniors to send a standard response after he took advice.
I was sent a repair quote for £390!
They are prompt to respond is about all I can say, a huge corporation that does not look after their customers, their jewellery standards are poor and I will more than likely take legal action as I am not willing to pay for more repairs for something I will be too scared to wear in future.
Dont buy from these sharks, save your money and get something better for less money. Poor service and quality of goods and zero responsibility when it goes wrong.
